*To guarantee inclusion in the event program and a pre-printed name tag, registration must be received by the Monday immediately preceding the breakfast, by no later than 5:00 pm. If you need to cancel for any reason you must do so by the Monday immediately preceding the breakfast, by no later than 5:00 pm.
Any registrations made after the deadline will be charged an additional $10.00 surcharge.
